01 Thermal Break Strip
Featuring 35.3mm PA66GF25 thermal break strips with an innovative integrated grid multi-chamber design, delivering superior thermal insulation compared to traditional I/C-type structures.
With high tensile strength, a thermal expansion coefficient matching aluminum, and resistance to 160°C, wear, and corrosion, they meet HB fire protection standards.
Integrated into aluminum bridge systems with welded waterproof gaskets, they ensure outstanding energy efficiency.
02 Sealing Strips
Crafted with European-standard EPDM foam strips and integrated bending technology, it comes standard with three sealing zones (waterproof, equal pressure, airtight) for superior insulation and sealing performance. Upgradable to 5-6 zones, it features a unique vertical isothermal line design to reduce heat transfer, prevent air and water leakage, and ensure exceptional energy efficiency.
03 Insulating Glass Unit
Carefully selected IGDB-certified glass is tempered in-house. The low-energy design features warm-edge spacers, argon filling, and Low-E coating, achieving 80% light transmission while providing radiation protection, thermal insulation, soundproofing.
The 5mm glass offers 3-5 times the strength of standard glass. For added safety, laminated glass with a PVB interlayer is available.
Offered in single, double, or triple-pane configurations with spacer widths of 10-27mm, optimizing thermal and acoustic performance.
04 Aluminum Profiles
We operate our own aluminum profile factory, utilizing 100% pure 6063-T5 virgin aluminum. With wall thicknesses of 1.4mm to 2.0mm, the design strictly complies with national safety and strength standards. Carefully optimized for load requirements, it balances superior performance with cost efficiency.
05 Spacers
- Aluminum Spacers: Made of perforated aluminum foil and molecular sieve to prevent glass fogging. Cost-effective and suitable for mass production, meeting standard residential energy needs.
- Warm Edge Spacers: Made from stainless steel or plastic with molecular sieve, offering superior insulation for higher energy-saving requirements.
- 4SG Glass: Developed with Germany's Kommerling 4SG material, providing top-tier energy efficiency at a higher cost.
06 Hardware
Imported from Germany, our hardware complies with the EU RC2 anti-theft standard. Designed with a multi-point locking system, it enhances door and window sealing and security. Offering corrosion resistance and durability, it meets the requirements of high-end markets.
07 Powder Coating
Coated with AkzoNobel powder for superior weather resistance, eco-friendliness, and a 10-year durability guarantee, ensuring a uniform, corrosion-resistant surface with lasting color stability.
